“About, take 1. Mark!”
Luke Worster is a producer who knows his way around a camera, a script, and a schedule. After studying Film & TV in South Africa—where theory met hands-on production—he cut his teeth as a camera assistant and focus puller on feature films and commercials, before swapping lenses for scripts as a Content Director on shows including The Great South African Bake Off and South Africa’s Got Talent.
Now UK-based, Luke has worked across broadcast, development, and post for BBC, ITV, Channel 5, UKTV, and beyond—shooting, editing, developing ideas, directing and producing. From studio formats to adventure travel, branded content to quiz shows, he’s happiest helping projects take shape—keeping stories sharp, shoots smooth, and creative teams supported.
Now, Luke is turning his focus to short films and indie features, bringing his experience and energy to bold, story-driven projects. As a producer, he’s building an exciting slate of films—championing original voices, developing scripts with heart, and helping independent stories find their way from page to screen.
In short: if you need someone who can balance creative instinct with production precision—and keep things fun along the way—you’re in the right place.
